Registering puts you on the official DPSI alumni roll, so the school knows how to reach you and other alumni can find you.

Who can register

Anyone who studied here. Whatever year you left, whether or not you sat your final exams, and whether you were on Cambridge (IGCSE/A-Levels), CBSE or IBDP. If you spent time at DPSI, you are one of ours.

How it works

Fill in the short form. Five details are compulsory - your name, email, phone, country and the year you left - and everything else is optional. Most people finish in about two minutes on their phone.

Your details are safe

We hold your information only to run the alumni network, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). You choose whether fellow alumni can see your details or whether they stay with the school office alone, and you can ask us to update or remove them at any time.

Mentoring & Careers

The most useful thing an alumnus can give a current DPSI student is half an hour of honest conversation about what they actually do all day.

Mentor a student

Occasional conversations with a student heading towards your field.

Speak at a career day

In person in Tema, or over video from wherever you are.

Offer an internship

A holiday attachment or work placement at your organisation.

University applications

Help a student through personal statements, entrance tests and scholarship forms.

Tick whichever of these interests you on the registration form and the alumni desk will be in touch when something suitable comes up. There is no minimum commitment.

Reunions & Events

We are planning the first formal DPSI alumni homecoming on the Tema campus. Dates will be announced here and sent by email to everyone on the alumni roll.

If you would like to help organise it, or you are a batch representative willing to bring your year group together, please tell us on the registration form or write to the alumni desk.

Register first. Invitations go out to the alumni roll, so the surest way to hear about the date is to have your details on it.

Alumni Stories

We are collecting the stories of what our alumni have gone on to do - degrees earned, businesses built, research published, careers made - and we will feature them here and in school communications.

If you have news worth sharing, or you would like to nominate a fellow alumnus, send it to the alumni desk. A short paragraph and a photograph is all we need.

Current students take these stories seriously. Seeing where a DPSI education can lead is worth more to a Year 11 student than any assembly talk.

Transcripts & Records

Official transcripts, statements of attendance and reference letters are issued by the school office, not by the alumni desk.

Write to the office with your full name as it appeared during your time at DPSI, the years you attended, the last stage you completed, and where the document needs to be sent. Please allow reasonable working time and follow up if you have not heard back.

Cambridge (IGCSE/A-Levels), CBSE, and IBDP examination boards issue certificates directly, not the school. The office can advise you on how to apply to them for replacement certificates or official results transcripts.
